How it works
One pass, every teat
TURBOSPRAY uses an air-to-chemical blend to apply teat dip as cows enter or exit the milk parlor, tracking each animal individually through the system.
She Enters the System
Seven sensors track the cow’s movement as she walks through, following her position rather than firing on a fixed timer.
Timing Adjusts to Her
Spray timing and coverage adjust automatically to her pace, so a cow moving quickly gets the same application as one taking her time.
All Four Teats Are Coated
Precision-engineered angled nozzles apply an air-to-chemical blend evenly across all four teats, with no double spraying and no missed spots.
She Keeps Moving

Will TURBOSPRAY work in my parlor?
