Real-time and historical parlor performance data: load time, exit time, milking time, cows per hour, and turns per hour.
Pen Production Data
Capture milk production in user-defined groups, with current, last milking, rolling 10-day, and monthly average production.
Conductivity Sensing
An in-line sensor traces water to chemical ratios each wash cycle and alerts you when adequate chemical is not added.
Fly Spray
Automatic fly spray application to mitigate fly populations inside the parlor and on the cow, treating animals as they pass.
On-Farm Blending
Blend and change chemical ratios on-farm, safely handling peroxide, chlorine dioxide, and iodine at your own farm or dairy.
TURBOSPRAY
Automatic walkover teat sprayer for both pre and post spray applications, tracking each cow individually as she passes.
Barn Wash
Full control of tank and pipeline wash, with adjustable settings to optimize the wash sequence in any barn.
Automatic Crowd Gate
Improves throughput, reduces labor, and provides a consistent loading atmosphere by advancing the gate in short pulses.
Automatic Fan Control

Several options can also run as standalone systems. Fly spray and on-farm blending do not require a full DairyLink install to be useful on your operation.

DairyWash is a standalone system that controls parlor CIP for a pipeline and two tanks, and it is not expandable. DairyLink is a total parlor control system with advanced CIP control plus add-on options, and it is built to expand as the operation grows.
Do I have to buy every option?
No. Each system can include all our currently available options, or be customized with only the add-ons suitable to your dairy.
What is I/O Link and why does it matter?
I/O Link moves data digitally rather than as scaled electrical signals. Equipment reads actual numbers instead of interpreting voltage, which means better accuracy, no skilled technician needed to calibrate sensors, and failed sensors that swap in with their settings restored automatically.
How much wiring does it need?
